Lalita Patipaksiri is currently Currently the General Manager at Los Amigos Golf Course in Downey, CA. Part-time she focuses on her and her fiancee's real estate company, Limitless-Estates, where they focus on multi family investing. They also host a Meet-up group in Long Beach, CA called Out-Of-State Apartment Investing, which has over 1,000 members and they just launched their podcast in March 2019.
