He literally created the term "virtual wholesaling" back in 2005 before it was a household term. Many people in the real estate industry refer to him as the "godfather" of Virtual Wholesaling. He pioneered the use of "ugly" postcards and 24 hour recorded messages for direct mail marketing (and mailed millions of postcards). He is an expert at teaching real estate investors how to find motivated sellers using paid social media ads especially via Facebook Ads. There is a lot of solid information in this episode.
