Rachna is an outcomes based global executive and has lived and worked across three different continents. Her work experiences span big strategic corporations like Philips and Johnson and Johnson as well as small startups, Revenue Based Financing and Venture Capital. Her experiences include running external manufacturing plants for Consumer Health, global launch of Neuroscience drugs, Transforming Customer Experience for the entire JNJ supply chain as well as negotiating global deals in the order of $250 million.
Rachna had the privilege to become the youngest member of the Women Leadership and Inclusion global steering committee during her stay at JNJ and for her contributions to both business and talent she was recipient of the prestigious ‘Rising Star’ award from HBA Organization.
Currently Ms. Dayal is managing a Healthcare Venture Capital firm, investing in early-stage Medical Devices and Health Tech startups. She is also serving as a member of Advisory board for a few startups including Perceive Now, Oatmeal Health and Solenic Medical inc.
