I just finished my keynote speech today at Toyota Kirloskar Motor, India: Trainers Conclave. 00:45 At the conclusion of today's keynote, I was asked a question, by one of the team members about.. 00:53 How do I as a trainer and a motivational speaker keep my energy level and my passion consistent in the line of my chosen work? 01:21 My response to that gentleman and which is the driving force, the intent behind this video.. 01:43 You never know whose life you are touching in what way. 02:29 So this faith, this knowing, this knowledge that what I'm saying might not impact everyone in the same way with the same intensity.. 02:38 But there are people out there who are ready, who are receptive, who are waiting for something like this. 02:44 And when we meet, 'magic' happens! 02:46 So it is this faith, it is this knowledge that keeps me going. 02:49 That the work that I'm doing makes a DIFFERENCE. 02:55 Live your life, and do what you have to do with a sense, that what you do is making a 'difference'. 03:01 Because it does! 03:14 Have faith, have a belief, understand this please! 03:19 That what you do makes a 'difference' to the rest of the world. 03:40 In teaching, you may get the fruit of your efforts perhaps in 20 years time. 03:54 But having that knowing is powerful enough. 04:15 Even if they're able to achieve a 5% shift in how these people live, and they work, and they perceive, and they think. 04:21 I think my job is done! 04:47 That we FORGET how we fit in into the larger picture. 04:50 We forget the impact we make on a bigger scale. 04:54 So I hope this video serves as a reminder to everyone who's watching. 05:04 But It Begins With US, With YOU And With ME.
