We often think we only get what we deserve but actually, you can have so much more if you only have the courage to take it. Our limiting beliefs stop us from doing the things we think are not meant for us.

In this episode, I talk about how I struggled with limiting beliefs and go into the expansion and contracting phases of a musician. I give examples of my own life where I took it slow and recovered, and also examples where I got shit done and pushed myself to the limit.
