Welcome to Shea Butter F.C., the podcast for, by, and about Black women in soccer. In our pilot episode your hosts Skye and Sylvs we will give you a rundown on the quarterfinal matches of the UEFA Women’s Champions League, with ties between Chelsea F.C. vs Wolfsburg, Barcelona vs. Manchester City, Bayern Munich vs. F.C Rosengard and the first leg of Paris Saint-Germain vs. Lyon. We will also discuss the FA Women’s Super League, including the surprising loss to Brighton by Manchester United and ways to help fix United’s problems. Lastly, we will preview Black players to watch in the NWSL Challenge Cup and give your our rants and raves about the NWSL, hot takes and the WOSO community, all with our own flavor and seasoning!
