In this episode, we explore our desire to grow. We all seem to want expansion. We want our lives to mean something, and we yearn to create more than we are at this moment. Where does the power to change come from? It is easy to dream and far more challenging to plan and then create real growth.
The first source of power comes from the question “How Bad?” Often we think if someone would just “tell us how” we could do whatever we imagine. That is not true, because the work is always far harder than just knowing the steps. Real desire is key. Next, we have to create a plan. What will we create and by when? Finally, we move to execution, evaluation, and adjustment, and getting needed support.
