Consistency in who you are in every situation is worth more than all the gold in the world. It brings true power, peace of conscience, and the ability to lead yourself and others.

It simplifies life because you never have to check what you are “supposed to be” in any situation. You know your true principles, you are always consistent and you create the power that comes from that peaceful presence. It is useless to fight this truth and if you embrace it, it becomes simple and effective for you. If you look for a way around it, you are the embodiment of falsehood.

In this episode, we talk about how we really are. What I mean is that the way we do one thing is the way we do everything. Some people pretend that they can be one way at work and another way at home. Or one way with one group of people and another way with others. This is a lie. It never works.

The only thing you are probing is that you are a fake. You put on a show for the folks you are with. Some live their lives that way and it is miserable. I know because I used to live like that. It never lasts and it is certainly not fun. It is a miserable existence and causes you to lose your bearing because you don’t even know who you are anymore. Your duplicity becomes your defining characteristic.
