Stephen tells us his own journey with meditation and how it changed his life! Even more so than losing 85 lbs physically, he had more of a transformation with meditation!

Stephen talks about how creating that type of time makes a big difference. Even if only 2-5 mins each time, create that pause for yourself in life.
Consistency over Intensity.
"Goem" - means to become familiar too, Stephen reminds us, you have to become familiar with this practice and your body too, to see results and changes in our lives.
