We are thrilled to have Locky & Irena Gilbert on The Heart Of It this week. You would know Locky from a variety of reality TV shows including Survivor AU and The Bachelor where he met his now wife Irena. They have now tranisitoned into the world of parenthood and navigating a new type of reality. 

Locky opens up about breaking down the barriers of being a "mucho man" and learning how to be vulnerable again healing wounds left open and Irena shares her journey navigating life post reality TV and how online commentary can really get to her.
