In the 40 years that he has been a pastor in the Phoenix area, Rick Efrid has seen a lot. But this past year of the pandemic has brought new challenges to churches and the clergy who run them.
He now serves as the Director of Church Partnerships for Phoenix Seminary. In that position, Rick works to encourage, network and resource other pastors and ministry leaders. His conviction is that it takes healthy leaders to have healthy churches. Rick loves to shepherd God’s people through teaching biblical truth, providing wise counsel and equipping men and women to reach and disciple others.
His unique vantage point will provide insight as to what the future might hold for churches, post-pandemic.
