Romans 12:9-21

To be a blessing is to apply biblical doctrine to my actual lived out life.  

1. Love authentically, v. 9

2. Live in the Big Picture, v. 10-11

Love one another with brotherly affection.

Outdo one another in showing honor.

Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord.

3. Keep doing old things, v. 12-13

4. Practice harmony, v. 14-16

“The Church owes Paul to the prayer of Stephen.”

5. Think and do, v. 17-21

Questions for reflection…

1. What should you be hating right now but aren’t?

2. When are you around others who live a different note than you and what are you like in those environments? 

3. How much of what you do is an accurate reflection of what you really think?

4. Of all you heard today, what will you still be thinking about on Thursday?
