It's also going to keep you more full. It's going to keep you more satisfied. So if I were to place in front of you five doughnuts and five chicken breasts, you would easily be able to eat those five doughnuts. But you would not be able to easily eat those five chicken breasts. They're very filling. They're very, very satiating. However, protein is something that is also a thermogenic. And a thermogenic just means that it takes your body more to process it and digest it. So it takes more energy. OK.
