Fun fact: coaches need coaches, and I absolutely love being coached!

Recently I got to spend a day with my master coach, Brooke Castillo, so in this episode, I am breaking down some of the many lessons that I took away from that day because I got so much incredible value from it.

As I grow and learn, I love to share it with you, and I hope that it will help you to grow and learn on your own journey. One of my takeaways from my day with Brooke was the value of shared human experiences, so I’m excited for this to become a shared experience for us.
