Prior to working at MYOB, Emma has worked in a variety of roles in B2B and digital businesses, including Managing Director of Commercial Product and Platforms at News Corp Australia. In her conversation with Adam, Emma discusses the trap of “tech spaghetti” which some business owners fall into, where they are attempting to manage their business across multiple platforms that aren’t always integrated effectively, as well as her belief that excellent execution is at least as important as a great idea for startups.
