Changing our negative mindset is so hard but so important. Why is it so hard? We can rewire our brain, we just need to know how. We explore why the negative wires so easily into our brain and yet the good feelings take a little more mindfulness to create grooves in our brains. These good feeling grooves, enable us to create less negative thinking and more good and positive feelings.
