With a new school year just around the corner, we know many of you might be feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. Our friend Big Bad also had back-to-school jitters, and he found comfort and support from his friends. They helped him manage his fears and guided him back to his calm and confident self.
As you prepare for a new school year or start something new, remember that it's okay to feel nervous. Learning to calm yourself and seeking support from friends and family can make a big difference. And always remember, we believe in you and know that you've got this!
