How do we create bridges between the parts of our lives? We all walk two or many more worlds and so often find it hard to make that transition. We chat with Athena Arcayan about creating these bridges . They could be a bridge between our personal life and work, some of us are enjoying religious or spiritual practices...how do we bridge that with our day to day life? Bio:
Athena Arcayan is a facilitator, writer, activist, chef, drummer, singer, Seer, crisis counselor, and avid chocolate lover.
She began her search for Spirit and Her journey at 14, collecting/weaving/integrating the wisdom of each tradition into her writing, songs and sometimes food.
She offers services in facilitating circles and creating a safe space for the full expression of one’s voice and healing from trauma. She is a lifelong advocate, volunteer and crisis counselor for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
She is currently working on a novel and can most likely be found watching a sunset or petting all animals she sees at the beach. Or hugging a tree or looking for fairies.
