Mark English's 10th national title and Sharlene Mawdsley's battle with Sarah Lavin are on the menu, as well as the importance of having stars like Mawdsley in Irish athletics and the forthcoming world championships, which could be a tough competition for Ireland. Before Cathal joins the show, Alanna Cunnane pops in to look ahead to this Sunday's All-Ireland camogie final between Cork and Galway in Croke Park.
