She teaches her Affirmation Tapping Formula to create laser focus while releasing common blocks and patterns of sabotage that hold creatives back. What is tapping? Well; disciplines that rely on a body-mind connections have evidence showing that they can relieve stress, depression, anxiety and other psychological disorders. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping falls into this category. Tapping draws on the ancient Chinese practice of accupuncture, which teaches that the body's energy travels along specific pathways. Certain points on these pathwaysare stimulated to improve the flow of energy. Scientists believe that it works because it stimulates the central nervous system and causes the body to release helpful chemicals.
