3 Useful Thoughts From My 4:30 AM Run - #147
Yesterday I woke up WAY too early and decided to go on a run. While I was on the run, and shortly after, I had some thoughts come together that I thought may be worth making a podcast episode about. As always I hope it is helpful in some way. :)
1. You just need to get up this hill. If you are on the right path it will always be uphill.
2. All of the good stuff you are doing is preparing you for better things.
3. Everyone has their own individual journey we know little about, empathy is the key.
I know that I have really been slacking with the uploads lately. Being SO consistent for nearly a year (2 episodes a week) and then struggling to edit one interview and keep up the schedule has led to some feeling of inadequacy, fear, etc. On top of that I am also finishing up my old gaming YouTube channel, TanookiToadTeam this weekend so my attention has been riveted to that more than it has been in a while.
I am bouncing back though. I know that I haven't been super consistent lately but I am trying and imagining a comeback and being able to help you all out more and help this community grow. As always any support is appreciated. If this episode helped you I would love to know.
