Tara Taubman-Bassirian, lawyer by training, is a renowned expert in privacy, data protection, intellectual property, eCommerce and eReputation. Voted Privacy Hero of the Year in 2018, Tara is passionate about eradicating cyber bullying and improving online security. In this conversation, we discuss the biggest issues facing corporations and executives in terms of data privacy and cyber security. We explore some of the challenges around online regulation, especially the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), protection versus prohibition, risk management, managing one's presence online as an executive, and much more.
