Body shops are looking for techs and painters and we have some great ones being developed in our local trade schools. We've talked with instructors about how to get involved with schools and "woo" these students to their shops but now's the time to talk directly with a student.
In this episode with talk with high school student, Kenneth Stuart, to hear what his take on our industry is and how his experience has been in his trade school and with a local shop he did a co-op with. These students are the next generation of our industry...I think it's wise that we listen to them and make sure we are putting our best foot forward to get the best from them!
