In this true crime episode, Sadie takes Gavri'el through the story of Andrea Yates, a woman who in 2001 admitted to drowning her five children in a bathtub. While many others have covered this story, Sadie's personal experiences with fundamentalism and her insight into the appalling lack of mental health care for Andrea provide a new lens through which to to examine this horrible tragedy. They then discuss the culpability of Andrea's husband, Rusty Yates, and the influence of fire-and-brimstone street preacher Michael Woroniecki over the Yates family. Sadie finishes the episode with some inspirational words and advice.
