It's frustrating when we sleep in, fail a class, or miss that awesome event we were planning to go to.

As I discussed in this episode. It has very little (if anything) to do with you. It has to do with:

The system you built
Adherence to the system you built
Level of celebration within that system you built

Yes, there are some things outside of our control, but SO much is within our control. I talked more about this phenomenon here while I was on my walk.

I apologize for getting this out on Tuesday, not Monday. I had a different episode planned for Monday but it ultimately didn't happen yet and this one did.
