Vue de Monde's Exective Chef, Hugh Allen, on the Fine Diner's Major Refurb

The fine dining stalwart on the Rialto Tower’s 55th floor is set to undergo a major overhaul. Sibling venue Lui Bar will be transformed into “a completely new venue” and Vue Events will also get a serious upgrade. Vue's Executive Chef, Hugh Allen, joins Around Town with details of the revamp worth over $3 million.
