This week, we have a request from someone working on a kit with an an audio output - they need to spec out an inexpensive speaker that will play the audio clips in their design and they had a few rough requirements they wanted to hit: the audio driving circuit they're using is 8 ohms 0.25 Watt, so the speaker cant have have a lower power rating or it will blow out. The size is about 2 inches diameter, and it needs to be a round speaker to fit into the PCB. Finally, the audio frequency range is not that wide, we just need to play tones that are about 600 Hz.See on Digi-Key here! https://www.digikey.com/short/3wnvzfm3See other episodes of The Desk of Ladyada in the playlist here https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLjF7R1fz_OOXUtaFu7-_D1UCugC8OecKvand other Great Searches in the playlist here.https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLjF7R1fz_OOVHqJN28IbXLBj1FKCxw-xDVisit the Adafruit shop online - http://www.adafruit.com-----------------------------------------LIVE CHAT IS HERE! http://adafru.it/discordAdafruit on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/adafruitSubscribe to Adafruit on YouTube: http://adafru.it/subscribeNew tutorials on the Adafruit Learning System: http://learn.adafruit.com/
