We discuss private lending for fix and flip loans, underwriting loans and what lenders are looking for from investors. We also talk about how lending has been affected by the recent Covid 19 crisis. We also talk about growing a fast paced real estate company and how DLP has evolved and grown by over 65% per year based on the vision of the company founder Don Wenner. DLP operates a Realty Company, a Builder, a Real Estate Management company and DLP Partners which operates multiple real estate equity and debt funds. DLP is also a major multi family operator and currently manages over 10,000 doors. We talk about transitioning from single family investing to multi family investing and the pros and cons.
