Ever since reading about sell yourself to yourself commercials in The Magic of Thinking BIG the idea has hooked me! I have since written around 7 commercials for myself to read in the morning that help me sell myself on myself and stay focused on what I want to focus on. 

I hope that this gives you some ideas to improving your own self-care and relationship with yourself. Next week I will be releasing Part 2 of this which will talk all about building your own commercial! You won't want to miss it. 

Also, my deep apologies this is coming out SO late. I got super sick late Wednesday night and just decided to be way lazy after that (even after I was feeling a lot better). I promise that I am trying to learn after each of these failures so I can be better in the future. Interviews are coming back to the podcast soon it is just taking some time to make them happen. :)
