We all have body issues or challenges, and how to feel great about our body is, most of the time, a big challenge.
This has been a love-hate relationship that I've had with my body, myself, with all these eating disorders and the overweight and then this underweight, the fluctuation, the yo-yo-ing, and not feeling comfortable in my skin, just not having that relationship with my body. Even after having a child, your body changes. There was a whole new level of acceptance that I had to work through.
