When two local residents in Seattle, Washington, died four years later after consuming cyanide-laced Extra-Strength Excedrin, people were left wondering if there was a copycat killer on the loose, how many victims would there end up being, and would anyone be caught and brought to justice for this horrifically familiar crime?
