I am a big supporter of seeking professional help for your mental health. In many of our communities doing so could be frowned upon and seen as an act that can bring shame on your family. This means that we may know that we need to find help, yet we have no one to ask for guidance on how to go about finding a therapist, what to expect and how long to be in therapy. All those questions will be answered in this episode called Therapy to do or not to do with Yuna.
Yuna is an integrative Counsellor/Therapist, and the host of Emotional & Mental Justice YouTube Channel. She believes Emotional and Mental Justice is something we all seek and need. It is at the core of our sanity. It is central to the things that help us function and live a healthy balanced life. It is also something that can be very difficult to attain without the right tools. She works with people on acknowledging their trials and tribulations, to understand your own situations and how you have come to be the person you are today, whilst being empowered to not suffer in silence.
