Kevin Tarango, director of Cannabis and the Workers’ Comp Dividend Program at Heffernan Insurance Brokers, answers “No” to all the above. He runs the Heffernan Cannabis Association, a workers’ comp program that pays dividends of up to 40% of premium to qualifying cannabis businesses.
