This week I'm talking with Uttam Mukherjee & Aakanksha Sinha of the Seattle-based restaurant Spice Waala. Spice Waala serves hard-to-find (in America) Indian Street Food at reasonable prices. Their goal, in addition to serving their delicious food, is to combine a profitable business with a focus on social justice. Uttam and Aakanksha talk about how they do this while keeping all menu items under $10. The recipe they share with us is Thanksgiving themed, but with an Indian twist!
