Creating lasting health is a goal everyone wants to achieve, and for many, it's their top priority. Reaching this goal is a massive challenge, with many obstacles to navigate along the way. The problem is, according to Dr Leland Stillman, we're navigating the wrong obstacles. As today's guest, medical and wellness doctor Leland gives us a new lens to look through when it comes to health. In his own words, Leland isn't in the business of making people healthy.
