Jeffrey shares his journey of discovering his ability to manifest and how he learned to observe and take action on the opportunities that come his way. He also talks about his wife, Hisami, and how she taught him to trust his heart and be present in the moment. We explore the different energy zones we go through in our spiritual journey, the importance of aligning our inner desires with our outer world, and how to differentiate between our energy and the energy of others. Jeffrey also introduces a program he has created with his wife that focuses on developing the spirit mind and being present in daily life.
