Understand the limitations of my time in the day and when I can eat, thus prepare for long spans or long activity

I edited my 11 year old recipe for my morning smoothie to drop the fat / carbs and thus up the protein %

Seeing the calorie count helps you see that "you aren't really hungry"

Talk to a coach to get your calorie intake numbers

What is tracked and measured, gets attention!

If you aren't hungry, don't eat.

Make logging a habit

What is the minimum dose needed to move the needle

If you are going to weigh yourself, find a consistent time of day to do it

Use a BMI scale
