Honestly, since that message my wheels have been really turning on what it means to grow alongside a healing journey. We often think that if we take the time to stop and focus on healing, that everything else has to pause and it will hold us back from growth. However, I’m learning that giving myself space to heal is actually allowing room for expansive growth in ways that I never saw coming.
