Sophie’s on a mission to end body-shame and help women feel confident, sexy and alive, no matter what their age! After leaving behind her career as an Authorized Ashtanga yoga teacher, running a successful yoga business, Sophie recreated herself by reconnecting to her intuition and learning to listen more attentively to the signs and messages she was receiving from her body. She shares her wisdom with us today, and why she’s made female self-empowerment a pillar of her coaching practice.
