All About Tacos: Kick off the Weekend with Some of Melbourne's Best Mexican

Broadsheet Publications Director and resident taco correspondent, Nick Connellan, joins the pod to discuss two of his favourite new Mexican spots. First, Abbotsford's fan-favourite, The Happy Mexican, opens a 200-Person Rooftop Bar and Restaurant in the CBD. Then, at Tacos LA, chef Angel Farias isn’t creating Mexican food with an Australian spin, nor an exclusively Mexican one. His style is quintessentially Cali, inspired by diasporic dishes he grew up with on the west coast of the United States.
