He Claims to be a 600 Year Old Alien from Another Planet - Ron Stone is a scientist with an extensive background in radio frequency transmissions and claims that there is an Extraterrestrial satellite in a polar orbit that is monitoring humans and planet Earth and it transmitting this data back to an alien race in the Epsilon part of the Universe.
