Today I'm talking to Ann Hance in Manhasset, New York, with Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty of Long Island and the Hamptons. Both a resident of Manhasset, since 1995, a buyer and renovator of five homes in recent years, she has a sincere passion for all things real estate. Ann has been a consistent member of Daniel Gale's Gold Circle of Excellence and is often quoted in The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times as an expert on the Long Island real estate market. Her accolades include being recognized as the #1 Producer in her office and being named now and over the past several years Real Trends Top Real Estate Agents in America. After graduating, Boston University with honors and spent 15 years helping corporations manage their image with investors in the financial media. She counseled high profile CEOs on the initial front Public Offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
