A very common theme for business owners, nonprofit orgs, community leaders, event planners, etc... over the last two weeks has been change management. This has led me to offer this advice on building, achieving and sustaining viable operations: “Plan for success, prepare to manage change”. It's a simple idea, but there are many, many moving parts and seemingly conflicting (it's not really) concepts in action at the same time. I'm here to break it all down for you. Let's talk about it.
