Sommelier, Hayley Hamilton Cogill, pairs "Miss Sloan" with "austere" wines, offers a few holiday pairing suggestions for the season, and then recounts her food and wine trip earlier this week to Uraguay with Bodega Garzón, which included a heartfelt visit with celebrated Chef Francis Mallmann.
