In this episode, we talk about a place we live in way too much. We live in the past. We worry about what did not happen that we wanted to happen, or we worry about things that went wrong. One absolute truth is that you can’t change what has been. So we can live in regret or we can move forward.

This is important because when we live in the rearview mirror, we will always crash the car. Being bound by the past limits the present. There are always things to learn. There are sometimes things to “fix” from the past, The most important thing is to make corrections and live the future as a more powerful enlightened person.
