Life in the Vine: Praying with Jesus
Matthew 6:1-13

1. Repent.

• Turn toward God's grace.
• Matthew 4:17, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near."

2. Respond.

• Pray from an overflow of the heart.
• Matthew 6:5, "And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to been seen by others."

3. Repeat.

• Abide.
• John 15:5, "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in Me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing."

Next Steps:
1. Dwell every day in the words of Jesus.
2. Turn to Jesus in prayer every day.
