"You have got to manage your stress levels and recognize what stress is. It's not just, Oh, I'm driving on the street and this guy cut me off. It's thinking the thoughts and the thinking that you have. Are you worried about money? Are you worried about what you said to Sally? Are you worried about going to work tomorrow? Are you worried about I mean, there are all kinds of shit we have in our head that we really need to clear ourselves of, you know, past traumas even, you know, that's a big one. The other thing when it comes to stress as I said, is sleep. Make sure you are on top of your sleep."
