If I had a dollar for every single time someone spouted "victim mentality" in the self-help community, there would be absolutely 0 requirement for me to ask folks to pay me. I'd make millions off that alone. And shall!
In today's episode, however, that's part of what I'm addressing. Nobody told me what it meant to be a victim after true victimhood. Meaning, at one point some really crappy things probably happened to you (or for you, which takes time to learn and there's no rush).
You were a victim. And now what? Years later, we often complain about the stench of what has now become our own sh*t, often citing everyone else as the reason for the smell. And that's what this episode is about. The worthiness within you to heal.
Because real talk: ain't nobody comin' to clean up your mess. How do you know it's your mess? Because you're the one that sees it! So get to it!
