You don't have to look far to see the outright dystopian our country has been becoming over the past couple of years. It seems only to be getting worse and worse, with more freedoms being eroded & socialist policies being introduced. 

In today's podcast, I talk about the new outrageous capital gains bill that will severely damage individuals trying to make a little extra in the market, but also be that further scope creeps into our freedoms as Americans. 

In today's podcast, I review the following important topics to spur thought, and discussion with others. 

• FY 2025 Capital Gain rates increasing to 44.6%
• Socialists want to tax the rich, but this is causing & will cause a capital flight out of our country
• The rich will leave, the weak, middle class & poor will be stuck with the bill 
• 25% on unrealized gains
• The wealthy and the connected have top-notch accountants
• Makes investment less attractive in the U.S.
• Makes moving to the U.S. less lucrative
• Unrealized will force sell & cause double taxation
• Not investing will keep one in the dollar, and the number go down in technology
• This is getting so authoritarian that now we are about to see individuals trying to make a buck have to give that to the government
• This is not the America I once knew, and I am hopeful for a red wave in 2024
