Welcome to The Glorious in the Mundane podcast! Today you’ll hear some rumblings around my first Christmas record currently in the making! I can’t tell you how life giving it has been, especially during some very dark days in our country, to be writing around the HOPE of Jesus. You will hear some familiar classics on this project but you’ll also hear what I hope will be some new classics centered in the person of JESUS. And…one my favorite moments of the little Texas podcast run that I did last month was getting to hang at the IF Gathering offices in Austin and sit down with my friend, Jennie Allen! Jennie is the author of “Anything” and “Restless”, two books that I know without a doubt that have literally changed people’s lives. On top of being an author and a speaker, Jennie is a mover and a shaker and is the leader of IF Gathering... a movement that exists to equip women to live in the full purpose God has for them.
